We are very proud of our business and the image we maintain in the eyes of our customers. The most important part of a seller/ buyer relationship is how things are handled when there is a problem. It does not show how great we are as sellers when we sell you a part you already know you want when the price is right. When we show how great a seller we are is when you have a problem and we must make it right for you. We are also very proud of our feedback and want to keep it that way so on to our return policy......

If you receive any item from us and it is unusable or damaged from either the manufacturer or the shipper notify us immediately. If possible send photos of the item in the original package so we can tell what happened. If the item is defective describe the problem and pictures if possible. Once we determine what has happened we will either replace the item or refund your money. We will treat each case by case but, most often, we will ship you a new item immediately and reimburse you to ship the defective item back to us. If you receive an item that can not be replaced then we will refund your money immediately. This will just require us to make sure items are in good condition and packed correctly.
We will not cover shipping on any item returned from buyers outside the US 48 states. Depending on the items purchased we will strive to combine shipping to save you money. Sometimes, such as two large items, they can not be combined. If you are buying more than one item please notify us and we will hold your order. We will hold the items till you notify us that you are ready to ship them to you.
Due to the increasing number of people that do not leave feedback we will leave feedback as soon as we get it from you. This is not so we make sure we get good feedback or not but it takes time to enter feedback and we don't want to do it for people that don't care about it. Our policy on customer satisfaction is not dependent on feedback. We don't want a neg. for any reason but much more important is the fact that if you are unhappy with us you will not come back. That is much bigger than a neg feedback.

Warranty Policy: All products that we manufacture (ProCutCNC.Com does not Manufacture Software, Electronics and THC) carry a one year guarantee against defects in material or workmanship. If it is a product that we sell, but made by another manufacture, we will handle the warranty for you according to their policy. Any tools or parts that fails during the warranty period is 100% covered, and will be repaired or replaced free of charge (excluding freight charges). Misuse or abuse is not covered. Simply call and get a warranty authorization number, ship the product postage prepaid back to the factory, and it will be promptly and cheerfully taken care of.
Please Note: All Software, Electronics and THC are manufactured by vendors besides TMI. All Software, Electronics and THC warranty related issues will be handled by vendors besides TMI. No exceptions!
Return Policy:
Freight costs are not refundable. Call and get a return authorization number. All returns must be freight free NO C.O.D. Any returned items that are Used or Damaged in shipment will have the cost of refurbishing subtracted from any refund. Special orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. (Software, Electronics and THC are special order! )Freight costs are not refundable. A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all returns.
A 20% restocking charge will be applied to canceled orders after 24 hours from the time that ordered was placed. No returns on Software, Electronics and THC used or not used. All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
